Terms of Service

Wedding Credits are a prepaid unit of value used to unlock AI wedding services on Standart Profit. One credit is priced at €0.10, converted at the current rate for other supported currencies.

The minimum purchase is 50 Wedding Credits. Wedding Credits never expire while your account remains active.

Wedding Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the cases described in our Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Standart Profit. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Orders are placed through our checkout. Until payment is received and confirmed, your order remains in “pending” status and AI services are not yet unlocked. Bank transfer instructions are sent to your email after checkout; other payment methods will be enabled progressively.

AI services on Standart Profit generate suggestions, moodboards, plans and other creative outputs based on the information you provide. Outputs are for personal, non-commercial wedding planning use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You may not use Standart Profit to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, attempt to breach the security of the platform, or generate content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual involving minors, or otherwise prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.

The Standart Profit brand, website, software and design system are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our property. You retain ownership of your inputs; outputs generated for you may be used for your wedding-related purposes.

Standart Profit is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Wedding Credits in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, in which case unused credits linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Standart Profit is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
