Refund Policy

If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the order confirmation, provided you have not yet used any of the Wedding Credits from that order.

Refund requests for fully unused credit balances submitted within 30 days of purchase are honored in full, minus any bank transfer fees that cannot be recovered.

Once you have spent credits from an order, that order is considered delivered. We may issue a partial refund at our discretion for unused credits, calculated at the original per-credit price you paid.

Orders placed more than 30 days ago where credits have been used.

Credits received as promotional bonuses or first-registration gifts.

Accounts terminated for a breach of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.

Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with your order number and reason for the request. We usually respond within two business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. For bank transfers, please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund on your statement.
